Tempur Pedic mattresses are easy to care for and can last quite a few years. To get the most from your new mattress, you should:
1. Keep your mattress clean and dry, but do not cover it with a mattress cover unless one was provided by the manufacturer. Standard mattress covers add extra padding that can affect the performance of your new mattress.
2. Be sure you use the proper foundation. If you do not use a solid wood foundation, your Tempur Pedic mattress may start to wear unevenly or sag.
3. Don't allow your bedroom to get too hot or too cool. Temperature changes will actually cause your mattress to get harder or softer. Luckily, this isn't a permanent change, but it can cause you to sleep less comfortably.
