Some new mattress sets feature “no flip” mattresses. A no-flip mattress set is supposed to not need to be flipped (which is a good idea to do every six months or so), but in fact it is simply a mattress with foam padding on one side so it can't be flipped. It won't last any longer and in fact will wear out sooner that a flipable mattress.
